India's consumer electronics distribution market runs on phone calls, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp messages. For RD One Step Ahead — a brand selling neckbands, smartwatches, earbuds, power banks, and speakers — this fragmented chain was costing ₹26 Crore every month in lost revenue from manual stock enquiries and delayed trend data. As the lead product designer, I built a unified B2B mobile ordering platform from the ground up — replacing disconnected tools with a single app for sales agents and super stockers across India. The platform gives sales agents real-time stock visibility, a live order catalogue, and end-to-end order tracking from placement to delivery. For super stockers, it delivers an AI-powered inventory dashboard with demand forecasting, automated reorder alerts, and payment reconciliation — all without opening a spreadsheet. The result: faster ordering, smarter stocking decisions, and consistent month-on-month revenue growth for the distribution network.
