Srikanth is someone you can trust with both ideas and execution. I still remember how he took complete ownership during the Sault brand launch event (end-to-end execution:) One of his real strengths is handling new and slightly ambiguous projects where things are not fully defined yet. He has been a key contributor right from early product thinking to actually taking things to market. He built scalable design systems, reduced external dependencies, saved costs, and helped us do a lot more in-house.
